One month and one day until the finale of the Midnight Hour series arrives.
Until Kingdom Come kind of wrecked me, but in a good way. I hope it has some kind of impact for you, too.
If you follow God, you'll have seasons of tearing-down and building up again. Of pivoting. Of following Him when nothing makes sense. Of trusting Him when the world falls apart. And while we see that perhaps a bit more literally in this dystopian ride, there's still a lot to glean. Midnight Hour might be approaching, but we're not done just yet.
One of my favorite scenes to write (aka I cried, man. I cried) is where you'll find this quote. And I didn't even realize what my characters were up to until I got to writing.
