It's book birthday month for Back to Him (my first devotional) and Back to Me (my contemporary fiction novel)!

Back to Me is two years old already, and Back to Him has been out for almost a year, both of which is hard to believe.
Both of these works were written for the person who doesn't see a way out. For the person who struggles to understand why something happened, who hurts, and who asks God "why."
One is a fictional escape of sorts, with mental health rep, therapy rep, themes of forgiveness, and tropes like friends that are closer than family.
The other is a thirty-day devotional for folks who seriously want to take what has hurt them and turn it all for God's glory -- because He can and He will break every chain, no matter what has happened to you. I'm living proof and I know many, many others who can tell the same story of redemption.
